I actually had the opportunity to speak to a former employee from the Food Division today who spoke very highly of the former management.
They were disappointed that the Food Division was closed down as they had hoped to be able to work for the company til retirement. They even spoke highly of the CEO, that was the level of engagement that the former management had with their employees.
