The lease on the factory was expiring, who knows what the landlord was asking of SHV.
The other factor mentioned by the company was the low returns from the food division and the amount of management time it demanded.
Personally I would have liked them to have kept the food division. Having said that, I am not keen for them to set up a whole new food division as the set up costs would be very high.
