Barrenjoy is involved too. But lawyers and etc.
They might just get $1M-1.5M but is it really worth reputational damage? Not to mention risk of holding bag on shares raised at $3.80.
Unless they have a buyer in mind already. Maybe someone holding a short stick and have a plan from management how they plan to rise share price in next 6-12 months if they have to hang on to surplus.
Shareholders only getting 1:9 pro-rata shares is good because we are weak hands.
PPT would be pissed after topping up recently. But if they play the long game it might be very rewarding.
