End of this quarter they should be @ US$ 10.2 million in net cash and receivables @ A$ 0.45 per share market cap is US$37.9 million ..... so 25% of the current market cap is net cash.
If they can recover some lost contract sales momentum to get and keep annual revenue at US$ 30 million you will be looking at free cashflow of between US$ 5 and US$ 6 million per year. Stripping our net cash and using the 5 million figure that is 5.5 x market cap (after deducting net cash).
It is all about the sales, if they can get back to showing some contracted sales growth then stock is very well positioned for a very significant rebound. All comes down to signing new contracts, backdrop is supportive in the longer term, can management translate that supportive backdrop ?
