Has anyone seen a breakdown in the contribution each division makes to revenue? I think Poultry has been the biggest contributor to date based on historical numbers.

If we use the last quarter receipts of $9.3m as an example, I think $5.8m would be contributed by Poultry, $500k from Wasabi, leaving a contribution of $3m from Dairy.

Within Dairy, the biggest volume to date and probably 50% of revenue last quarter would have been from MV Double Cream with its distribution in Woolies, so let's say that was bringing in $1.5m. Distribution of this product just doubled in Q3 with the product now on the shelf in Coles and in good quantities where I have seen it.

That potentially adds $1.5m in revenue this quarter, that is before we get a full quarter of Milk product growth (only had 6 weeks in Q2).

Dairy could really lift itself to be contributing a similar proportion of revenue to the Poultry division this quarter and moving forward, even though Nicholls is struggling to meet demand (will be easier once the new chiller is ready).

I can't see too many scenarios where we don't have receipts of at least $11m for this QTR and I still think that is being conservative.
