why would it cost more? haha. if you are not 100% sure thats fine, but dont post stuff you have no idea about. just confusing people that would like to actually learn a thing or two.
and no it does not cost any extra to set a drill rig up on a certin azimuth and dip. drill company will be given a drilling program ( with different azmiths and dips) and the cost per metre is still the same. note; we even use to drill plus 90° (straight up) underground diamond drilling.
