Saintex has put me on ignore so he won’t get the benefit of my knowledge. I will be subscribing for close to the max in two holdings. Only 4m shares to the public and not an awful large discount to market ? I too am not surprised that they “needed” a cap raise or SPP to allow funds to improve the new acquisitions. The Adelaide CBD caravan park “Reno” must be bubbling away in the background and haven’t heard from it lately. They certainly seem to be biting off more than they can handle and chewing like hell Atm. Victoria is a loc where those less adventurous are staying away from in droves, but APZ may just pick up some distressed assets at some good prices if they are on the look out. A bit of a worry that they still have $28m tied up in EGH and I don’t know how (or to whom) they are going to offload a fairly poor performing entity which just seems to be bumping along the bottom with not much demand for their shares. Yes, they are accumulating sites just like APZ, but they seem to be tired and more akin to “trailer parks” than the more upmarket offerings by APZ…… certainly their appearance is less attractive. Anyway Saintex…… analyse away; as a non holder, I’m sure someone will appreciated your efforts…… but to what end ?
