    Discounts on the mining assets for sure, but Cootes? Valuable contracts that would go to someone else. That someone else will also need the trucks to do that work...

    Even if it is 30c in the dollar that's probably more than the current market cap of a mere $30m. Their PPE is worth 200m+.
