Been monitoring their jobs page. To me it doesn't look good....

Been monitoring their jobs page. To me it doesn't look good. Recruitment is slow and they are lacking direction.

Here is what it looks like on the 5th of Jan 2022:

In just a month, they have added many additional roles, some of these are director level roles working closely with the executive teams which indicate they are lacking some sort of leadership capabilities

• Director of Data and Insights
• Product Director
• Director Environmental Social Governance

Comparing the 2 job lists, it looks like they have only hired some insignificant roles

• Junior Android Engineer
• Localisation Coordinator / Translator

And it looks like they have supply chain issues too, they are now additionally looking for lots of supply chain & logistics roles. Maybe costs are going up so they need to find alternative suppliers, who knows.
