Important to note a lot of that debt is leases. Im not smart enough to know how much of a difference that makes but i think its better than 100% debt.
I agree with this analysis with the only caveat that there is so much debt here the EV is more like 4.6B. I believe current Fwd PE ~ 20, so incorporating that debt its more like ~30. Can still go a lot lower imo, just look at RBD & RFG.
