It does infer that if you care to read carefully - "Cash outflows relating to staff costs for the September quarter ($6.4m) were $3.1m higher than the 4Q22 quarter($3.3m) primarily due to the payment of annual bonuses, including on-costs, in September 2022 (approx $3.7m).
This is confirmed in the annual report where you can always find details of director and senior executive remuneration.
