I'll make it easy for you - here is the relevant section from the annual report detailing the MD's remuneration. Note the footnote which explains the amount paid in this quarter.
How the bonus is calculated is outlined in the annual report but a good chunk is profit achievement with NPBT nearly doubling last year to $10.7m. That bonus and total remuneration is well within the normal range for biotech peers and that level of revenue and profit achievement.
