NSW lost for 2017 it seems, but that's hardly a surprise after the "termination."
Victoria is the question mark. The fact that the 5 problem courses have been quarantined from the rest must be good news, but the NSW scenario has become an issue for VIC. Anyone's guess whether they get renewal, but probably more chance than before.
Many possibilities from the strategic review. There must be value to extract from Training, within or outside Ashley. Ideally they keep it, as it's hard to imagine that the hostile Fed/State regime can get any worse.
