"Complaint" is over the top, "inconvenience" is the word, commonly called a pain in the arse in Aus.
Sometimes time is of the essence and with SelfWealth there is no need to shift funds between acc's. It's also possible to have those funds sitting in the NAB cash acc for days or weeks while waiting for your order to fill, it's not earning 2% then.
This is a SelfWealth thread, not NabTrades so lets keep it at that 'eh.
