As a user of selfwealth, I find it hard to see when a break even...

As a user of selfwealth, I find it hard to see when a break even will occur, analysing the staff costs compared to the customer revenue, there seems to be a high amount of customer trades/subscriptions in order to pay for just 1 staff member. I love the service and will continue using it, but unless they either increase their brokerage fee or somehow increase their total monthly subscriptions, I cannot see them as a profitable investment.
