With respect to play.tv2u.com if I click forgot password it directs appropriately to a recovery screen. This asks for the email associated with the account and, once entered, informs you an email has been sent....
It's been over 12 hrs now and no email has been sent. I have checked the junk folder.
There is no way of contacting customer support without logging in first. Would someone mind contacting customer support with a benign query and see what the response time and quality of the response is?
