While JAT's long term strategy looks attractive which would help to increase its SP substantially, I am still sceptical of the prospectus play. Essentially, it means the big holders (of 200+ million shares, most of which cost 1.5c each) can trade/sell from that date (4/4) until 29/5/2018 and beyond. In my opinion, the prospectus issue was just a loophole to be 'used' (which can mean something). I hope I am wrong because at the current price of 20c, already a 13 bagger, it is a tempting opportunity! Or to put another way, "How to get rich the easy way". Maybe someone can explain why the big holders are in for the long haul in anticipation of bigger returns if they are already in a good position?
