Hmm, 38cents by July 4th at the current trajectory. Hmm, I can't believe I told people not to sell at a dollar on the Facebook Zip group- I told them to hold earlier this year as Zip would take the required steps to reorganize and turn the course around.
No rescue ships on the horizon.
There is no Buffett, Bezos or Musk coming to save Zip, even though the brand has value. Hmm, Atari gets sold and bought every few years because the name has value but the new owners never resurrect it to where it once stood- it's just a biz that exists in the shadow created when the brand had power.
How much is the Zip brand worth?
There is no special Zip business model that makes it better than other retail credit products - it boils down to how deep the name has sunk into the minds of ideal consumers now.
