Did you not get it? The 'brilliant strategy' has already been executed to perfection. The idea was to secure as much cash prior to the completion of Ph1b to ensure they're not hostage of unwanted situations. If they did the CR after Ph1b, would anyone support it if the results are not outstanding, or even promising but hard to explain? If the Ph1b results come up good, but they ran out of cash, what do you think will happen? Either way, they need to secure the funding as early as possible, hence the CR.

Unfortunately we (those who bought during the hype just before the CR) are the direct victims of that strategy.

The CR was planned months ahead, probably Sep/Oct last year. It was mentioned in the AGM agenda as well. That's why Platinum dumped $30m (around Oct) when they knew about it.

I'm still excited with the prospect of this company. The appointment of Prof Peter Schmid may prove important, as other posters mentioned.

Not to mention Platinum added 40% during CR, bought at around 1.8c!
