Which minority shareholder and what influence - why would an Independent Director chosen through an independent process as claimed by the previous CEO (he wouldn't be commenting on this thread by any chance would he ?) and the previous Chair, would take side with any shareholder - especially when they dont have any shares which would personally benefit them. They are on meagre salary so the logical assumption is that they actually do have a moral compass and take their duties seriously - unlike some CEO's we know who took working from home to a whole new level while in charge.
