that 1.28 was a furphy i believe - i cant imagine how Genius would have funded that given their and finexias massive financial woes.
you could reach out to Krogers if you want to know more. Us minor shareholders owe them a lot. Their prior board spill should have succeeded if not for the blatantly misleading full year forecast claiming $9-$10m ebitda which was immediately revised down to $6m after the EGM. We would have been in so much better situation if they had succeeded then.
