Bob this is a Pump and Dump. If 3% changed hands in about 5 business days that means that the entire shareholding will change hands theoretically in five months of trading at that pace. That is a pump and dump. Those that have dunped their shares will now wait for another spectacular announcement on how NET is going to deliver massive sales and then they will dump some more. The ump seems dot be over for now. The level of sales has steadily subsided. I feel sorry for the buyers. If the trend is your friend then NET is heading further south until the next exciting announcement.
