Thoughts any-one on where the capital raising may be priced, assuming the proposed acquisition gets done?
10.5 cents would be very attractive and if the directors were to allow shareholder applicants to apply for 'overs' then they could save us an under-writer's fee and give the fee to us (the shareholders) in the form of the discount on the newly issued shares - so 10.5 cents would be a compelling investment from where I see it and a fair and sensible outcome for the owners of the business.
