Interesting timing of the dividend last year, seems like this subpar result would've largely been known, why pay out if there's a looming hit to the accounts like this?
would be interesting to run the ruler over those past couple acquisitions and the corresponding cash milestone payments, were these stretchy enough? backhand deals to acquaintances? The deterioration in the accounts over 12mths is fairly concerning and unexpected. Even the inflated headcount there was decent growth the previous 12mth period.
CEO, CGO and CFO all gone, has fully cleaned the house management wise. Little or no liquidity, guess its the bottom drawer and wait and see if this approach pays off. Given the new CEO's past track record with JCS I'm not fully convinced.
