    Im not sure how i feel about this announcement.

    HML holders have held the unlisted JBFG risk for the last 12 months or so.
    And just when we are about to be rewarded with unlocked value via the in-specie, we now get less of it.


    This of course assumes that HMLs valuation metrics of JBFG are about right.
