Answering my own question, the company has expanded on the back of acquisition and issued script and capital raisings. In other words strong dilution very messy start. Now the company needs to prove that the business can generate organic growth and flavourable financial meterics. At present the shareprice appears to be consolidating a wait and see approach until management shows the abilities need to develop in house.
