@daicosisgod, This acquisition is material in my opinion, and it will add A$60-80M in revenue/yr and possibly A$40M/year in direct contribution. This has been achieved under MYX leadership and cash and therefore the Independent must conclude that whatever the first offer was, ($7.4/share), the valuation must now be much higher.
