A minimum number of subs has been guaranteed no? I personally question the value of netflix and I think the user experience is shitty..... but who can be bothered canceling the subscription? That's why you subscribe to streaming, the gym and everything else that is offered below the discretionary spending threshold. This is the psychology of subscription based services. However, I do agree that management is terrible at controlling their message..... just awful and I hate to say it, amateurish. I have idly mused about shareholder activism on this subject alone....... I decided it was a) hubris and b) pointless until the CN is burnt
