I think with inflation rising and therefore interest rates on the way up, that IAG will benefit from this. Premiums paid in advance, is cash, which will get a higher return with higher interest rates. Then inflation will also result in higher premiums, people will pay the higher premiums, they need insurance.
Longer term it is a good safe investment in my view, this is my reason for buying the shares.
