I don't think management is amazing, but I don't think that's the problem.
I'm not 100% sure you can justify having this listed. The biz just isn't large enough...
If you merged this with a larger tech/hardware co that has similar tech, you'd strip out directors, some overhead functions, management and potentially some tech costs. Then it could probably fund its own growth.
