In terms of receipts from customers, at least $5m would be a reduction of receivables (debtors paying their bills) imo.
The difference between receipts from customers and product manufacturing and operating costs is too great to be otherwise.
This is why they need the US$10m from IC to stay cash flow positive this quarter.
