A few thoughts:

The market seems to have factored in the worst case scenario of both SQ and IC not proceeding.

I'm fairly confident that the IC project will get the green light eventually. But as for SQ - after years of being stuffed around by the customer and our partners, I wouldn't be surprised to see us pull the plug on that one very soon. If that happens before a positive IC announcement the SP is likely to take another dive, which would probably be a good buying opportunity. The question is, buy more now in anticipation of an IC re-rate, or wait for an SQ update which could go either way.

Of course if both projects fall over the order book will be looking very ordinary. On the other hand, if both go ahead we'll all be smiling!

From past experience, whatever I do will be the wrong decision, so some thoughts from our more astute investors would be welcome.
