    It does look ripe for a takeover doesn't it.

    I think manipulation has always been a factor, but the recent selling is probably a result of disappointment with the continual delays with the start of our two major contracts. The stock is now priced as if they have both been cancelled. Maybe SQ will be, but I'm fairly confident that IC is still on track.
