I don't know specifically about WGX.
But other miners are asking their worker to not return home...... So they will work their days on site. Then rather than flying home they stay in camp.
Obviously they are offering compensation for this.
So eg if some one normally did a 2 week on 1 week off FIFO roster. They normally only get paid for the 2 weeks they do on site.
Under this deal they will get paid for the 2 weeks they work on site plus the week they spend in camp waiting for the next swing.
I don't know specifically about WGX. But other miners are asking...
