I may be the dissenting voice here but I happen to think that Hamish has done quite well.
If there had been NO protracted court battle and NO global drop in the coal price and the company failed then you could rightly blame management.
But there WERE these events and the company, despite this, continues to exist. This is not a guarantee of success, but it could be worse.
Patience is a virtue here I think and I still believe that this company will track the coal price.
Just my view. :)
