I can't believe they are trying to issue 2018 options with a strike price of $1.25, the share price only has to increase 6%pa to reach this price. how is that good value for the shareholders, especially given the share price averaged around this amount over the last 12 month and at undemanding multiples?
At this point in time I think the strike price should be nothing short of $1.68. Requiring a 15%pa increase on todays price or a 10% pa increase above $1.20 (about the average price of the year).
This issue has encouraged me to vote for the first time in any AGM as a shareholder.
