I've been eyeing SKF since listing and think it presents a fairly good risk/reward. One only has to look at the recent MCG refurbishment deal, including full WIFI access to attendees to see the direction big data marketing is heading in the near future at shopping centres and major events.
CHP i suppose have had one good and one poor investment thus far; TOP being well timed and TPP not so good.
