    So the debt of $2.6m was discharged and settled by a $1.3m settlement?
    $1.7m was raised at 0.2c via the associated palcements to directors and backers so net cash would be $400k?

    The company makes reference in its annual report to assets as listed securities worth $2.5m what are these?

    Digital Age isnt listed so it has to be something else wondering what this could be
