Isn't it the other way around though? Kantor was responsible for ROAM-e, partnering up with AEE and US distribution deals. And I think (not 100% sure) he was the main brains behind the facial recognition.

Whereas Duffell was responsible for OTT which is now dead and buried.

So the only thing that may keep this company going for a while was championed by SK, whom Duffell and co decided to kick out. Hmmmmm...

In hindsight, Kantor might've been the best thing this company had going for it.
