    The problem for IOT isn't with AEE, there are synergies there IMO, especially if IOT can offer use of technologies and patents. From memory IOT have signed distribution rights for AU and Japan for all AEE products, and obviously the Roam-e has global rights. The problem has been with US Distribution. Seams like they were dodgy want more than what they agreed to.
