Chin up Baro. Thanks for all your post. Enjoyed reading it. You certainly have invested a lot of time. Yours and my HC journey started nearly at the same time so we will miss your input. I will also back away slowly but will contribute from time to time. Just waiting for the dust to settle. I'm sitting on large unrealised capital gains on my property portfolio so if i eventually sell at a capital loss i can offset it. I guess you cannot win them all.
