Would not touch this company with a barge pole. At these prices its almost a slam dunk short.

- burn $32m cash in 6 months (!?)
- 3 law firms circling with class actions
- further disagreements with suppliers
- relying on banking facilities to finance working capital
- suppliers ability to terminate contract if lots of shareholders "control" the company (some people say this is a good thing?!?!). This Jan Cameron person is a nutjob and if she doesn't stop meddling, Fonterra can pull the contract meaning BAL has no supply!?
- inventory writeoffs/discounts to try to move old stock
