Question - how come nothing has ever been announced about subscribers and revenue changes, even though this was presumably the largest rev stream (2000 subscribers and 70k mth revenue based on their 22/9/15 ANN) when IOT listed?

I don't see that they ever advised issues with the business, declining subs or rev - or anything else, in the qtrylies or other anns

Seems strange, and not informing shareholders, and to close down a business that had 2000 customers and possibly contracts/payments made for access to those channels??

Does anyone have any insight/info?

They only announce the good stuff sugarcoating it to the max, unless they absolutely must and even then they try to cover it up with things like new strategy or disgruntled former employees.

The only thing I don't understand is why ASX or ASIC are not stepping in. This 'misleading and deceptive conduct' has been going on even before they listed. How much more misleading does it have to get before authorities step in?
