I think the Intervision part was Duffell's baby, hence why they wanted to split the business in two (OTT and Drones). Where Duffell and his mates would be running OTT part and SK would be running the gadgets.
Once Duffell lost the Xtream deal, they simply kicked Kantor out and took over the whole thing, pretending it's all part of this great new strategy.
Is Duffell in hiding? How come he doesn't give any interviews anymore? Let's see if he'll actually return to Australia, there might be few nasty surprises waiting for him here.

I don't know who is more dodgy Duffell, Neylon, Brown or Kantor, I guess they are all part of it...
