I really dislike the use of "shortly" in the timeframe of finalising any deal. It sets up too much conjecture and leads to too much speculation.
I appreciate that they want to alleviate shareholder concern, but, all that is going to happen is another 60 days will pass and people will complain about "shortly" being a misleading statement.
The update did provide some good surface level insight, however, hopefully we see some actual traction with even a glimmer of substance soon.
