Henry was implying current negotiations and opportunities for further BOT projects with recurring revenue.
Cannot publicly talk about China negotiations other than Jinzi, which explains the lack of news on CGGC/SOEs. “Comfortable and satisfied with current relationships”, encouraging terminology.
