The only reason would be Visa, Amex or MasterCard decide to buy it. A very real possibility, since APT clips 4% while they clip 1-3%.

Edit - it’s worth a look to see what kind of share price ticket clippers can earn...Visa, MasterCard, Amex all above $100USD.
