After reading the Ann again, it seems that Liberty Mutual decided to pursue the products for other service lines instead of the one in the trial. This has been mentioned in the webinar before about Nationwide in that they trialed it for a product that they were going to retire soon before rolling it out to other parts of the business.
Anybody know the difference between proof of concept and proof of technology?
More patience required.
