So patience is not rewarded. Frustrating to receive constant positive feedback about our client engagements to result in no conversion.
I think managements initial pitch of MRR focus and subsequent pivot will be costly short-term. If we aren't focusing on MRRs for revenue (which is why we hired dedicated sales staff mind you) then where does our commercial strategy lay?
Hopefully something that gets answered in today's webinar.
