So there are two major capital spending in the coming year: second production line costing of 4-6 mil and second factory. From its cash flow forecast for next qtr, the company wont spend the money until qtr 1 2020. Next qtr's cash position will be back to 20 mil to help fund the second production line. Chances are they need additional capital to build a second factory.
